Initiating violence makes the initiator responsible for the outcome.
If the Sheriff can’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that there was no alternative to ordering a SWAT raid, he should be charged with manslaughter.
Let’s await passing judgment til we know the whole story. Like, how do we know she was being used as a shield and wasn’t shooting back at Law enforcement herself? Someone’s say-so? Check her for GSR.
The tragedy was that the cops had to be called. Really not much else unexpected.

Clearly bad intel. They could have easily sent someone to the door as a poll taker or a utility employee to gather intel before the raid. It seems that SWAT teams spend all their time pumping up and finally when the occasion arises they just let loose.
The real tragedy is having to call the cops.
There is perfect justice and peace between the black community and the police(’cept for the blacks shouting “Kill all the pigs”). The police were responding to a call for help from this community. They werent waiting around for a call to go out and shoot a pregnant woman, nor were they wanting to be shot at trying to protect the community that just called them for help. If the community fails to hold the responsible perpetrator guilty for his actions then it is this black community who is at fault here.
Dont call the jack boots unless you want them to show up and do what they do.
Today’s law enforcement doesn’t like to be patient.Too aggressive.

If you’re wearing Kevlar helmets and stacking up outside Americans’ doors with battering-rams and flashbangs. You’re not a cop anymore.
