Two Maryland high school students – one of whom has an “alien removal” case pending – forced a 14-year-old female classmate into a bathroom stall on Thursday morning and viciously raped her, police said.
The suspects, Henry E. Sanchez, 18, and Jose O. Montano, 17, are in ninth grade at Rockville High School. Both are recent arrivals to the U.S., Sanchez from Guatemala and Montano from El Salvador, WUSA9 reported.
The pair appeared in court Friday and Montano is being charged as an adult, despite his age, due to the seriousness of the crime. Sanchez and Montano, charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense, were held without bond.

Any city/town who declares itself a “sanctuary city” should be held civilly liable for damages. Likewise, any city/town leaders who vote for such status should be held personally liable for these types of crimes. Sue the crap out of these people and they might see the light.

I was only 13 years old when I entered 9th grade. Putting 17 and 18 year-old immigrant males in with 14 year-old girls is ridiculous and merits review by their school board.
The parents of the girl ought to sue for millions of bucks.

When in HS in downtown Philly (thankfully less than 1 year), it was incredible that there were at least 15 males (at least 20 years old) that hung around to ‘finish school’ but were mostly dealing, starting fights and offering to ‘protect’ the victims, and harassing girls.
The school did not care, and neither did the cops. I was so lucky that we moved.
Back when I went to school there was an age limit on high school. If you turned 19 before you graduated you had to finish at a local continuation school. I knew someone that happened to.
Until public officials are held accountable for this; such as was suggested on local radio, as to charging them with accessory to felony rape, then nothing will happen.
Both should have been returned to their home country immediately, but Obama shipped them around the country instead.

This is a problem in Europe these days where some guy arrives and claims he’s 15, and later you wake up to realize that he’s 21 or 22 years old.
There’s a murder charge up in Germany over a Afghan guy who had claimed that he was 17. He would have been charged as a juvenile and faced a lesser charge. Now, they’ve proven that he’s a minimum of 22...he’ll get adult charges and real prison.
