How many Billion is Harvard's? And what do they do with all those funds? If they are in the black with all their fund raisers? Good, learn how to run the business lean and mean and structure your nest egg to drive off 1/4 dividends and only use those for basic expenses.
The one I was at was always crying poor but there was always money for new equipment, high end travel for the selected, costly field productions, and overpaid management.
