Ken Langone, co-founder of Home Depot, said Monday on CNBC that he thinks President Donald Trump could go down as “one of our greatest presidents ever,” and has “guts,” and “great people around him.”
“[T]his guy has got guts,” Langone said on “Squawk Box.” “And he’s got great people around him.” He added that White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway’s husband is one of his lawyers.
Trump has the potential to “go down as one of our greatest presidents ever,” Langone later argued.

I’m not sure if he has been a NeverTrumper, but he was a major supporter of Romney last go round. Having him on board is important because Congressional republicans go where the money is.

I hope there is no boycott of Home Depot. I probably spend 15,000 dollars a year there, I can’t afford to double it.

Of course President Trump will be considered as one of our greatest. After the last man in office this is like comparing Dom Perignon Champagne to Ripple (not that there is anything wrong with Ripple)
And, that’s the democrats’ greatest fear. So, they must stop Trump before that kind of prediction does become true.

Kenneth Langone is a very cool dude. I’ve talked to him several times.
He will establish himself as our best president if he could bring in another million jobs and get the infrastructure and energy independence projects going.
Trump has to do two things to go down as a great President.
Repeal Obamacare, for real, not cosmetic changes.
Restore the rule of law, deport illegal aliens.
All of them, not just those already convicted of other crimes.
We should not have to wait until an illegal alien kills someone before they are removed.

When my youngest grandson was not quite three a fellow sitting next to us in a restaurant had a hat on which bore a U.S. flag . Grandson pointed and said what it was. He also commented to the stranger that his parents had three flags in their yard - one United States flag, one Texas flag and one Home Depot flag. His father was really embarrassed but everyone around us laughed.
I’m about to make a major home improvement purchase. Home Depot it is!
