New York Times Column: What Happens When You Fight a ‘Deep State’ That Doesn’t Exist

Bureaucracy is the main tool of the libs to bring about the Total State they so desperately desire. The running dogs at the NYT are going to pull out all stops in trying to prevent this. Reagan’s failure to curb the bureaucracy ensured the failure of the Reagan Revolution. Trump doesn’t want that to happen again. I suspect the “experts” in this case are the babykillers who wrote the article.

Scream more, NYT. Scream louder, and with more desperation.

Your Trojan horse is burning outside the gates, and you are all locked in.

No deep state? Sorry NY Simes, but you’re part of it.

I know people in the State Dept.
It exists.
It is filled with people who have never worked in the Private Sector, convinced that everyone in the PS is a multi-millionaire and that they deserve to be paid more than the PS because they are better educated.

I nearly fell out of my chair when I heard this from a couple working in Lisbon, Portugal.
While I viewed their personal servants cleaning the mansion they were staying in.

And are we to assume that the liberal media bias also doesn’t exist? This stuff has been true for decades... and this deep state has gotten really entrenched especially in the last eight years.

Let’s ask the NYT to prove that the deep state doesn’t exist. Isn’t that their tactic when it comes to Republicans? Of course, if claimed by the Democrats, it is fact.

You have put your finger on it.

Disinformation from sources such as the NYT -- which seeks to suppress everything critical of big government and all it entails -- only serves to confirm the reality of "America's Two Governments".

An excerpt:

The truth is that on the federal level there is just one political party, and it is the government party. Any belief that there is any significant difference between Democrats and Republicans is pure fantasy.

All supposed differences are merely Kabuki Theater designed to keep the people distracted from the behind-the-scenes machinations of the elites. This is aided and abetted by a compliant mainstream media, which functions as a propaganda arm of the government and the parties.

Wrong, it has existed in America for 100 years. Wake-up people.

normal policy-maker practices

This one phrase destroys the author's thesis. Civil Servants should not be policy makers. They should be implementing policy set by others.

I remember well all of the articles by Max Fisher deploring the climate of fear within the Intelligence Community that arose as a result of Obama’s attacks on IC members, journalists, leakers, whistleblowers, et al.

Oh, wait a minute - no I don’t. Max Fisher could not have separated his lips from Obama’s posterior long enough to even consider writing such an article.

They are so quick o report Trumps claims are “unsubstantiated” and they submitted them “without proof” but the same can be said about HilLIARy’s Russia Hacking claims.

And Trump DOES have ‘proof’ in that there are KNOWN to be two FISA warrants issued.

The Deep State most certainly does exist, and a casual perusal of Max Fisher’s body of work firmly establishes Fisher as one of its dedicated mouthpieces.

We had a president gaslighting us for eight long years.

" And Trump DOES have ‘proof’ in that there are KNOWN to be two FISA warrants issued."

And the first one (REJECTED by the FISA Court) was virtually simultaneous with the secret "random" tarmac meeting in which Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch chatted at great length about the grandchildren Lynch DOES NOT HAVE.

acquiesce, allowing their institution to be sidelined

Let us reference the US Constitution, Article II, Section 1.
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.

Hmm, it says NOTHING here about "their institution"...

“If Trump keep criticizing the deep state, it will obtain revenge” is how I take the article.

They would disown that they struck first using our Carte Blanche card, eh?

45's got 'em on lockdown at State, barred from phoning their friends and with the MB no longer siphoning our own intelligence to shoot our SEALs out of the sky, as before. It's unfortunate that the taxpayers are footing the bills on both sides of the equation, but indeed, what H-> and Odungo put into motion has to be stopped. (It will be shortly, despite the NYT yammering.) It's a darned shame that many of our human assets will be unable to retire gracefully.

Barry Soetoro was the pointy instrument through which that was done by the likes of McStain. There's no less expensive way for Trump to do what's necessary against all the treason 44-the-ineligible tried to consummate. How many are the streams of mothers' tears he and those that put him in power unleashed!

We dare not listen to McAngry's treason that would overthrow the lawfully-elected president and his administration if he could!

The American people need immediately to understand why this happened and rise up to prevent it from ever happening again or needing a Trump to put it down again. The costs are well beyond staggering.

Only with God's hand on the tiller can Good prevail.
