Actually, didn’t Hanks come come out in support of Trump during the campaign? I recall reading about it...it seeemed that he had lukewarm reasons along the lines of “lets give him a chance” more than any real conviction, but I do recall him saying he was voting Trump?

...or maybe I was thinking of this story, where Hanks said “I hope I get to vote for Trump’s re-election”: http://www.charismanews.com/politics/61349-tom-hanks-i-hope-to-vote-for-trump-s-re-election

I think he came out AFTER the election saying “give him a chance”

That's not what this says.

His "support" position comes from an interview where he said that "America is a resilient country and we'll be fine (or words to that effect)," and I also remember him doing more for Hillary than Trump.

He's still a snake
