It depends on what the meaning of "priority" is. No doubt this is a sop to business while Trump hectors them to bring the jobs home to America. With Jeff Sesssions and Steve Miller in the administration along with Kris Kobach as an advisor, I am not concerned at all by such statements.

The MSM has been trying to undermine Trump's support by slanting stories about DACA, H-1Bs, and the building of the wall. The meme is that Trump is not going to follow thru on his immigration promises. The pundits are in for a surprise.

Either it paints Trump as being way left, or else it paints Trump as being way right.
