A natural result of a failed system of justice. Not a good thing, but understandable.

Now that I’ve read the full, article and not just the excerpt, maybe not. I certainly thought that as well, but perhaps this is just a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

who beat his case when prosecutors couldn't give him a speedy trial

Exactly why traitors to the United States B. Hussein Obama and Eric Holder were absolutely hellbent on trying Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a civilian court in the liberal cesspool of the east coast New York city, Manhattan.

Pretty sad when Chiraq is more dangerous than jail.

Mayor Rahm, democrat party, take a bow. Screwing up a city this badly takes skill.

“It wasn’t clear why prosecutors waited so long to file murder charges or why the two were still indicted for attempted murder after Marshall died May 23.”

Sounds like incompetence. Are these prosecutors affirmative action hires, maybe?

“wrong place at the wrong time.”

Isn’t that anywhere in Chicago?

All Rahm does is heartily endorsed by the people of Chicago; some are too confused to find their way home in the traffic there, and that is understandable.

My guess is that friends of the victim caught up with him. Probably gangbangers from the look of the accused murderer who was killed:

Chicago is very much like Detroit, The big difference is that Chicago still has OPM, (Other People’s Money), to take and use to keep up the appearances. If that OPM disappears Chicago is doomed.
