The state of Hawaii said in a court motion on Tuesday that it intends to seek a temporary restraining order on Wednesday against President Donald Trump's new executive order restricting travel from six Muslim-majority countries.

Well, we knew this was coming from somewhere. Hawaii is a beautiful place. How many people from these 6 countries come to Hawaii? Why can't they wait 3 months to ensure people from these countries are properly vetted to ensure they are safe to come to Hawaii?

"The United States...shall protect each [state] against invasion" (Art IV, Sec 4, U.S. Constitution).

Illegal immigration and immigration of our enemies is INVASION which the Constitution specifically mandates the federal government to prevent.

Trump's Invasion Protection Order is squarely within the constitutional mandate on the feds. To do otherwise would be unconstitutional behavior on the part of the federal government. Hawaii and the lying left are, as usual, in the wrong and have no legal leg to stand on.
