What I wonder is the possibility that Obama bugged the White House, and other buildings. I wonder if the WH was swept for bugs. It’s not a disappearing conversation on a tape, it’s real time discussions.

Nothing there says we “KNOW” Comey is the source.
It’s all anonymous sources, guesstimates, and infererences about what Comey and Trump MIGHT have discussed.
This is interesting but it is severely misleading to post that we now “know” that Comey is the source of Trump’s claims yesterday.
There is enough misinformation out there without adding to it on FR.

NY Times cites no sources and quotes no one, merely anonymous assertions that Comey is pushing behind the scenes for a DOJ statement.
Ofc such a statement, if Comey really seeks it and if it is ever issued, may prove to be more of a clarification than any repudiation of Trump’s claims. There may be much Clintonian parsing of “White House” role and what potential target(s) of any surveillance may have been, and whether or not “Trump” or “Team Trump” was specific target etc.
The NY Times does not know #### at this point.

All Klein says is that his (anonymous) sources claim that Comey has discussed “this” .... which could mean simply the broad topic, or some degree of detail which is left unspecified. WHAT was said is not in any way provided.
Do you really think Klein knows exactly what Comey said to President Trump? Nothing in the video indicates that, and Klein wasn’t there. It is extremely unlikely that his unnamed “sources” were privy to the most sensitive dicussions between Comey and the POTUS, either.
It may be true, all I’m saying is that the video you posted so breathlessly does not prove or confirm a single thing about it what Comey did or did not say to President Trump.

... and yet you did not notice how Klein does not point to any actual evidence that Comey provided the basis for President Trump’s tweets yesterday.
It is all guesstimate and inference on Klein’s part. Not knowledge....

There is no way of knowing, he just said he is basing this on his sources.
When we see the White House Visitors Logs we will know if he is full of it.
Till then we will have to wait, I tried to pull them but the page is mysteriously missing all the information that we would need to verify his account.
