My first (reasonably well legally informed) opinion is "no crime" by Obama.

If Trump was snooped inappropriately, he has a civil claim against the government. The perjury and illegal dissemination claims are lost by use of cutouts.

At the same time, this is political dynamite. Obama, the DEMs, etc. were abusing legitiate government powers for purely political ends.
