"Here are the problematic aspects of the Obama surveillance on Trumps team, and on Trump himself. First, it is not apparent FISA could ever be invoked. Second, it is possible Obamas team may have perjured themselves before the FISA court by withholding material information essential to the FISA courts willingness to permit the government surveillance. Third, it could be that Obamas team illegally disseminated and disclosed FISA information in direct violation of the statute precisely prohibiting such dissemination and disclosure. FISA prohibits, under criminal penalty, Obamas team from doing any of the three."

I don’t know why they don’t go after the stolen SSN Zero has been using for 20 years. It’s such low-hanging fruit... and such a slam dunk. Should be worth a few years in a federal correctional facility while the real indictments are drawn up.

I would start with claiming to be a foreign student in order to attend college for free.

My first (reasonably well legally informed) opinion is "no crime"
by Obama.
If Trump was snooped inappropriately, he has a civil claim against the government. The perjury and illegal dissemination claims are lost by use of cutouts.
At the same time, this is political dynamite. Obama, the DEMs, etc. were abusing legitiate government powers for purely political ends.
