When I was growing up in vancouver, the police dept were notorious for rounding the illegals at the Skytrain stations. The way they were getting in BC was simple: they were riding the trains from WA state. I’m sure there will be an increase of crossings come summer time.
They must have been jumping off the trains before they stopped at Pacific Central Station because the Canadian Customs checks there were rigorous the last time I crossed by rail.
