At least 10 people were arrested and many others bloodied or bruised as a Berkeley rally by supporters of President Trump turned violent Saturday afternoon when fistfights broke out between marchers and counterprotesters, and crowds of masked anarchists joined the fray.

I was there in Berkeley today. Saw at least 10 brawls. 95% of trouble was instigated by the anti-Trump protesters. I saw one Trump supporter that was acting the fool, and later got arrested right in front of me. But the vast majority of Trump supporters were peaceful and were a diverse group. The other side mostly hurled the usual insults. I confronted one that called me a “fascist” and asked him what that word meant. Of course, the idiot didn’t know and he actually buggered off. The numbers on both sides were pretty even.
