Most cities have ordinances which counter this type of operation when it’s more than some mom selling quilts out of her home.
And get around the rule that former presidents can’t use their taxpayer offices for political purposes. So his multi-thousands of dollars budget for his office will be for writing his book and raising funds for his library while his home will be ground zero for his political activism.

These tactics are antithetical to our Constitution. An orderly transition is guaranteed by the election process. Working to overthrow the duly elected president by sny means necessary is not in the tradition of our Constitutional government. It is insurrection and as such a violation of our laws and our traditions.

This comes as no surprise. One would think that living in such an exclusive neighborhood, the zoning laws would be such that a ‘business’ of any type would be prohibited. Of course, laws, any law, were never a consideration of this monkey. How we pray to see him behind bars.This fraction of WTP is furious to see an EX attempt to bring down our nation.
I bet the lease also has some restrictions that don’t include some of what he is now doing there. And, doesn’t he get some “office allowance” from our tax money indefinitely? So he’s probably using that money to pay the rent on the place.
