The only thing that was "serendipity" about this encounter was the local Phoenix reporter watching Billy boy walking on the tarmac and boarding the SOS plane. If this wasn't reported no one would have ever known.
The so called "by chance" meeting of Clinton and Lynch is nothing but a pile of BS.
