Will the live-action Beauty and the Beast movie feature Disney's first openly gay character? Director Bill Condon's description of an "exclusively gay moment" near the end of the upcoming film is being taken that way by some.
In a new interview with gay lifestyle magazine Attitude, Condon discussed the dynamic between the characters LeFou, played by Josh Gad, and Gaston, played by Luke Evans...
Josh Gad is the actor playing Le Bouf...he is from Florida, so the local media in Miami and Palm Beach and Tampa are VERY VERY EXCITED about the presence of homosexuality in a film....
Hope this goes down in flames. Disney needs a hard lesson in how promoting perversity is NOT a way to draw families to the box office.
American foundations geared towards children hyjacked by perversion.
Predictable. Hollywood is crawling with homosexual pedophiles. They are now emboldened to more openly indoctrinate children and their parents, thanks to the loudmouth, bullying homosexual lobby screeching about “homophobia” to anyone who disagrees with their filthy, deviant lifestyle.
Such a sad situation. We were truly looking forward to seeing a family film. The 1990s version was a visual and story telling delight.
Sadly, now it appears we will avoid this apparent celebration of sin. By the way, if a homosexual were ALREADY part of the story, then there wouldn’t be a problem.
My problem is the blatant injection of the sexual content.
Yes. First Disney movie to bomb outright.
It’s amazes me how companies, like Disney, pick sides in the culture wars. How many homosexuals or even liberals would be offended and boycott Beauty and the Beast if LeFou stayed true to the animated original? On the other hand, how many conservatives will boycott the movie due to a gay scene, especially with the company clearly promoting the fact that it is definitely a gay scene meant to push the homosexual agenda? As a business decision, it’s pure crap.
I agree. It is one thing to have a homosexual character. It is something entirely different to promote that character and scene as some great SJW statement that belittles all us throwbacks who still think homosexuality is a deviant, aka unnatural, behavior.
I will never buy a Disney product ever again.
I’ll be sure to miss it
One of my pet peeves is the use of “gay” as a euphemism for homosexual. There is nothing happy, gay or cheerful about it.
It’s “gay” because the American people use the word all the time, following their media masters.
Disney has turned PURE EVIL!
“I will never buy a Disney product ever again”
They are not just “Disney”

No doubt Walt is rolling over in his grave.
Unfortunately, the girls who were young when the original Beauty and the Beast came out are now 30 somethings with young children of their own who will flock to this with their families.
Disney movies were traditionally about reaching for dreams, imagination, and romance. A gay character is about sexuality. It's not the "Magical Kindom" Disney had in mind.
I would really be interested to know if gay LeFou was in the movie all along, or if it was added later. And if it was added later, why and by whom?
I know of 4 families in my immediate neighborhood that will not be going to see this film. Disney’s outreach to gays is just another attempt to influence our children. If I owned Walt Disney stock, I would either sell or encourage a stockholder revolt against management. Unfortunately, most of the stock is controlled by fund managers and individual owners have little say in such matters. Between this and the raising of park prices, I would simply encourage people to boycott. Seems to be working for Target and the NFL although they refuse to acknowledge the cause of their decline.
