Would Pedro Espinoza have been removed prior to his murder of Mr. Shaw’s son even under the Trump administration guidelines?
From what I gather, illegal aliens must already have been convicted of having harmed or killed Americans before they are removed.
ALL illegal aliens should be removed, regardless of whether or not they have been caught and convicted of other crimes.
ALL illegal aliens MUST commit other crimes just to remain here.
We should not have to wait until they harm or kill Americans before they are removed.

I know I beat the “illegal” drum on FR a lot. My cousin &
her husband, both hard-working, taxpaying, churchgoing
American citizens were killed in a car crash by an illegal
alien (drunk) speeding through an intersection. (I think
he was being chased by the police if memory serves me
correctly.) - Due to a divorce years ago, we haven’t been
too close to that part of the family; so I don’t know what
has happened with the illegal. He was in prison, but may be
out. - They had little kids at the time they were killed.

My dentist’s receptionist was killed in a similar fashion by an illegal. A very nice lady I’d known for years. Police chases are another matter. Unless the perp is guilty of something heinous, I do not think the police should endanger the general populace with car chases - particularly if the perp is wanted for a slap-on-the-wrist offense like car theft.
Trump also wants to deport gang members and affiliates.

The kid was a teenager and he vandalized cars and some other property. He was tried and sentenced to be caned, ten strokes if my memory serves (and it probably doesn’t). Clinton tried to get the kid released but the Singapore authorities went ahead with a (well deserved and appropriate in my opinion) butt whipping with a rattan cane. Their country, their laws, their mode of punishment. Discipline is taken seriously in a Confucian culture, upon which Singapore consciously models theirs.
