The Senate Majority Leader has stated publicly that Judge Gorsuch will be confirmed.
Senator Schmuck will have an opportunity to question Judge Gorsuch on the completely Constitutional travel ban. And I plan to have fun watching the Judge stand by the Constitution.

No Chucky, Supreme Court Justices are supposed to review items relative to the Constitution.

Well there “ain’t no way” Gorsuch will speak about such cases likely to come before the court. It is a violation of judicial ethics to engage in such discussions, or to debate issues in detail such as abortion, 2nd amendment, etc.

He made the decision long before this issue. He will never support the nominee no matter what.
Well, Schumer already knows the answer. Gorsuch will not be goaded into answering that question, because it is possible that the case will be heard in the supreme court. If he answered he would make himself ineligible to give an official opinion.
Is this ban moot now or will they issue another EO this week AND appeal the first one? I hope that they do both and then it will be pending in front of the S.Ct. and the response is “I cannot respond to matters currently pending and on which I may be called to vote.”
Schemer won’t vote for him, or any other Trump nominee, no matter what...so who cares what he says?
He has always acted like he cares about making people safe, whether it was airport screening, opposing Dubai Port Deal, yet he supports open borders and is putting us at risk with these refugees.

This is something the judge may have to rule on if he is appointed so he will not comment on the issue.

You’re right. I’ve always seen nominees decline to answer such questions. Not even Schumer is that dumb, so I think he’s trying to keep his idiot base happy.
