The point is that the typical “transgender rights” law means that if an adult man is undressing in the gym locker room with my daughters and me, we cannot ask for him to be removed as long as he says he feels like “she.”
Exactly. And there have been a few publicized instances of exactly that taking place. The author here seems bent on minimizing the threat to common decency, which is really what the Left is making through this supposedly compassionate outreach to cross-dressers.
oh it;s worse than changing rooms. If this law was passed it means the guy can share the same showers , sauna’;s steam rooms etc as your daughter, wives, sisters, and mothers.

I actually don’t believe anybody has a right to be anything they want. If so I want to be 8 years old when I enter a movie so I can get the lower ticket price and I want to be 65 when I ride a bus. There should be a don’t ask don’t tell policy. If I can’t tell you are a man than do what you have too. But if you are taking off all your clothes, I can tell.
