The Plot to Sabotage U.S. Court System With Thousands of Deportation Cases
Frontpage ^ | February 22, 2017 | Humberto Fontova

Yes I want to use the U.S. judicial system—the immigration courts in particular-- to jam, to backlog it so perhaps President Trump will change his mind and stop this ridiculous policy-- this unpleasant and hostile policy-- of deporting people..”  (Jorge Castañeda to Tucker Carlson, Fox News, 2/14/17.)   The “ridiculous policy”consists of President Trump’s executive orders to deport lawbreaking foreigners, mostly Mexicans.   In other words, this “unpleasant and hostile policy” consists of Presidential candidate Trump’s fulfillment of his campaign pledges and of President Trump’s fulfillment of his pledge with his hand on the Bible on Jan. 20th—to uphold the U.S. Constitution.

The Mexican government itself has pledged $50 million in legal defense funds towards this jamming of U.S. courts as planned and promoted by Jorge Castañeda, who was introduced by Tucker Carlson as “Mexico’s former Foreign Minister, also a NYU professor and Board member of Human Rights Watch.”

Make each case post a performance & appearance bond for each plaintiff. I’d say $5K to $10K for starters. Same goes for class action. So much per class plaintiff part of the suit.

Anything written by Humberto is a worthy read. His family escaped from Castro’s Cuba. He has written many articles and a book telling the truth about Cuba.

Either create or designate a court specifically to handle these cases.

All the illegals who are awaiting trial are either impounded in camps or jails or voluntarily leave our country and wait to be notified just before their case is called.

Problem solved.

Slow roll the inbound traffic from Mexico until the backup gets 50 miles long.

An armed La Raza insurgency eminent---if the deportations continue and expand?

================================================

Let's understand the reasons why Mexico's panties are in a twist b/c its citizens are being thrown off the US gravy train.

Mexico's deception is a long-running soap opera. Trump needs to expose them. Mexico manipulates public opinion---wants everybody to believe they're helpless---just a poverty-stricken place besieged by drug cartels. It's so bad, millions of its citizens are forced to jump the border to have a "better life" by riding the US gravy train.

REALITY CHECK---FOLLOW THE MONEY-----the resignation of Agustin Carstens, chief of Mexico’s central bank, has left MSM pundits and even business analysts scratching their heads. It appears no-one has any idea why Carstens is leaving…...... well, almost no-one.

ITEM--- Mexico has been swilling at the US trough....grabbing our tax dollars hand over fist.

ITEM---Mexico is one of the top ten countries receiving US foreign aid----almost a billion per year besides raking in hundreds of millions via the infamous "Merida Initiative."

ITEM---Mexicans here send home back billions of our tax dollars.....the federales are prolly getting a huge cut of that.

ITEM--Some 125 countries including Muslim scum gather at the Mexican border to stroll into the US. Mexico prolly gets a fee from each country to let that happen.

ITEM--The Merida Initiative alone has blanketed Mexico w/ millions of US tax dollars for years and years.

The appalling govt corruption in Mexico needs to be exposed.

ITEM--A report on intl gambling....about a select few who are the casino's biggest bettors....lists Mexicans along w/ multi-billionaires like Arabs and China's new billionaires as regulars at the high rolling gaming tables.

Mexico is not a country that is in need of US tax dollars.

My guess is illegals have no interest in a decade in prison waiting to lose in court. Give them a choice of self-deportation or prison until their trials. Bye bye criminals.

AP has obtained a copy of a Trump presidential draft order that calls for the removal of any legal immigrant who relies on certain kinds of public welfare benefits.....and would also focus the government's efforts on blocking immigrants who are likely to become reliant on US government benefits.

This signals the cracking down on immigrants in the U.S. illegally, but also some living in our country legally.

Mexico doesn't like that.

ACT NOW---Domestic and international laws could very well have been breached. Mexico's dangerous and harmful threats could impact US trade, statess economies and interstate and international commerce.

CONTACT CONGRESS: Capitol Switchboard 1- 866 -220-0044

Contact President Trump's web site. www.greatagain.gov.

FBI TIPS PAGE--YOU MAY REMAIN ANONYMOUS ---https://tips.fbi.gov

This is the most politically explosive admission by the Mexican government in the past decade.

TALKING POINTS---Whenifhow posted: Jorge Castaneda is openly admitting a willingness to promote drug trafficking. Additionally, Jorge Castaneda is so proud of the threat, he even posted a video of the discussion on his own YouTube page..... ....the implications here are so politically explosive, and the admission so brutally obvious and threatening, it could undermine the entire argument of the Mexican government and expose an open secret of collusion they would prefer to remain hidden.

Many people would be surprised to learn that the Mexican govt controls its drug cartels and that the savage cartels act under the orders of the Mexican govt.

Maybe President Trump should casually tweet something about getting a declaration of war against Mexico.

It would dramatically shift the political landscape.

Could he get it past Congress, no, but the threat would be out there. Of course if Mexico help the Drug Cartel in committing violence in the US all bets are off.

Many of the illegals here in the United States came here claiming refugee status.

They were given a court hearing date to begin review of their case and then released into the United States on their own recognizance. Most (about 85%) absconded and never showed up at their hearings.

There is a strong case to default them and deport them back to their home country for absconding.

Congress can (and should) remove these cases from the jurisdiction of all inferior courts.

No way SCOTUS will agree to hear them all.

Anyone with a final order of deportation does not have a right to a court hearing and can be deported immediately. This will be the case of most of the criminal aliens.

Ignore the fraudulent courts and deport them. In fact, in response to the law suits, don’t even show up. Simply file a motion to dismiss and point out the case does not fall under current immigration laws. Let them clog up the courts all they want. With nothing but paperwork.

Then publicly threaten to do some clogging of your own with arrests for treason of people for trying to use foreign citizens to overthrow our government.

Declare war on Mexico.

They declared war on America a long time ago.
