It’s not even a state issue unless it is codified into the state constitution.
It is actually a LOCAL issue! Let each community and school district decide for themselves.

It's not like there's 100 tyranny's in a school, built a single stall for them. They CANNOT say we're not be treated the same...well guess what...you're not the same...Bet 75% of these disrupters will wind up in hetero marriages.

Interesting input. What about criminal negligence laws? If a local government encourages males to enter girls’ rooms and something happens, I think it’s reasonable to assume gross criminal negligence.
