Again, this is just enforcing the law on the books.

ALL illegal aliens ARE subject to removal.
ALL illegal aliens MUST commit other crimes to remain here illegally.
Illegal employment.
Fraudulent documents.
Illegally collecting benefits.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg, we should not have to wait until illegal aliens harm or kill Americans before they are removed.

traffic violations
Suddenly DUI is a minor traffic infraction. Unless you are an American citizen, then a repeat offense will get you 5 years in prison.

It’s a good start but should deport them all.

Excerpt:
“The pair of directives do not have any impact on
President Barack Obama’s program that has protected more
than 750,000 young immigrants from deportation. The
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals remains in place
though immigrants in the program will be still be
eligible for deportation if they commit a crime or
otherwise are deemed to be a threat to public safety or
national security, according to the department.”

Interesting how “going back to enforcing the law” equals a “sweeping re-write” to the Fake News Media.

More very fake news. Not one law has been changed, added, modified, or deleted. All the President has done is reprioritize enforcement of existing law.

The illegal alien maid living a few doors down has not come outside even once in the past week. I've heard her yapping in Spanish in her backyard but she must be AFRAID OF ICE because of Trump.
Let them ALL live in FEAR of being deported. We have a right to know WHO IS IN OUR COUNTRY!!!
To: mdittmar
Trump does not seem enthusiastic about removing the executive order for DACA. He should at least add a provision that states must provide a database of the voter rolls so that people can be checked to see if they voted illegally.

Strip them of gov freebies and fine employers and they’ll self deport within two weeks.

I agree they should ALL be deported. My question is, Has anyone been deported since Trump took over? We hear about roundups and raids. Where are the arrested persons? Who keeps track? This would be a good place for Trump to announce his results so people actually see what is happening.

I agree that there should be priorities, but that doesn’t mean we can’t deport low-priority traffic offenders before we get every high priority rapist and drug dealer. Deport them all as we get them, preferably mostly felons first. But deport them all.

The documents represent a sweeping rewrite of the nation's immigration enforcement priorities. Long overdue.

ACLU should change its name. Nothing American about it.
