The US can give the boot to virtually every illegal immigrant in the country, and those caught crossing the southern border will be busted or sent packing, according to memos issued Tuesday by the Department of Homeland Security.
The new rules reflect the Trump Administration’s get-tough stance on illegals and are an about-face from the Obama administration’s “catch and release” policy — which let non-criminal undocumented immigrants remain in the US even after being caught.
The memos put into practice policies outlined in two executive orders President Trump signed last month.

Well, to be honest I didn’t think Trump would deport many non criminal illegals.
Any step in this direction is fine with me.
No illegal aliens belong in the U. S.
Serious Enforcement of the border doesn’t need to wait for The Wall infrastructure.
ALL illegal aliens MUST commit other crimes to remain here illegally.
Illegally working.
Using fraudulent documents.
Collecting benefits illegally.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
We should not wait until they harm or kill Americans before they are removed.
Illegal aliens should not be given the opportunity to victimize Americans.
Fantastic news! The law should be enforced...period. Obama and his minions chose not to do so.
And of course the msm immediately starts lieing about it. I just heard on the radio after rush that illegals with a minor tragic infraction are now a priority for deportation the same as gang bangers.

Every one stopped or sent packing is one less we have to deal with.
I like that Trump will deport those that illegally used public benefits.
So where is the new “ban” we were promised? Sorry President Trump but you are losing momentum, the new ban should have been introduced a week ago. You need to keep the dems on their heels so they never get a chance to catch their breath.

It's like giving the USA a pay raise or dropping the rent!
If the liberal elites don't like it they should hand each of the illegals a few thousand dollars of their own money as they cross the border heading south.

We don’t need a ban that the courts and politicians can monkey with. Kicking out all those caught under existing law will keep us busy for years. Better still, vigilant enforcement will drive up self deportations. Those are essentially free.
I don’t mind if he phases things in, I assume it’s to allow time for the various enforcement agencies to prepare. If they aren’t prepared, we end up giving the media ammunition to use against us like with the travel ban.
Illegals brought this upon themselves. I've heard of incidents where vehicles were hit by illegals who left their damaged vehicles and took off running away from the accident scene. The fear of driving without a license, registration, injury to the occupants of the other vehicle and lack of car insurance hasn't stopped them from driving illegally.
Not like lowering the rent in the metaphorical sense. Actually and tangibly lowering rents at the bottom of the scale by reducing the demand for low cost, working class housing.
I’m hearing that “dreamers” can stay. If true, I have a big ol’ problem with that.
