MADISON, Wis. The director of a scandal-plagued Social Security Administration hearing office used official leave and sick leave to gamble at an area casino, while a group supervisor got paid a full days wage to watch a Green Bay Packers football game.
TIME FRAUD: A federal investigation into a Madison Social Security Administration office found the hearing office director used sick leave to gamble at an area casino and another supervisor watched a Green Bay Packers game on the clock, according to a letter from Sen. Ron Johnson.
These are just some of the many details about troubling conduct emerging from a report on a federal investigation into the Madison Office of Disability Adjudication and Review.
And Sen. Ron Johnson wants answers quickly from the SSA.
The Oshkosh Republican, who serves as chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, sent a letter this week to SSA Acting Commissioner Nancy Berryhill seeking a response to the findings of misconduct and allegations of whistleblower retaliation at the troubled office.
Johnson is giving the agency until 5 p.m. on Feb. 27 to provide the documents the Senate committee is requesting.

Social Security needs to go away for those 55 1/2 and younger. Just be done with it.
I’ve paid into it for 40 years. You give up your own social security, leave mine alone.
Wisconsin is so LUCKY to have Mike Kittle on our side. He and his staff do excellent investigative work. So rare these days...
Google saves every search you've ever made. In fact you can look them up (although I've never done it). It's easy to find out how.
These days, one of the first things the police do when they've confiscated someone's computer is check that person's Google searches. In fact, they don't even have to confiscate your computer to do it. I think they can get a court order and force Google to give them all your searches. These can then be used in court to hang you. For example, many murderers (covered on Dateline, 48 hours, etc.) have been nailed because they searched for things like "where can I get cyanide" and "how long does it take to kill someone with antifreeze."
They didn't realize it, but Google saves every search.
I believer Caylee Anthony's mother searched for information about how to make chloroform, and where to get chloroform, in the weeks before she disappeared.
Anyway, one would imagine a check of Google searches by federal employees would yield some very interesting things.
When you go on Google from a computer owned by the Federal Government, you get something called "Fed Google." It appears to be just like regular Google, although certain sites are blocked if you try to click on them (they show up in the search, but you are blocked from the site if you click it).
That is, if you are a low-level employee or a contractor. Higher level people can see everything.
I would think the Trump people would be well advised to look at the searches of employees in the various departments. Much informative material could doubtless be uncovered in this manner.
That is, if Google hasn't conveniently "lost it all."
DEMAND CONGRESS MOBILIZE THESE AGENCIES AT ONCE:
<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division
<><> IRS-Fraud Unit
<><> Department of Justices Office of the Inspector General,
<><> Department of Commerces Office of Inspector General.
<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

I’ve paid in for 41 years. If I can have all of the money back that was ‘stolen’ from me in this Ponzi Scheme, then I’ll agree with your idea. :)
WHAT? There’s NOTHING in the Lock Box, you say?
*SMIRK*
Fire them all!
These people had better get used to what work really is because this is NOT Trump’s way. Get rid of these flakes.

I'm 35 - paid in since I was 16 and willing to give up SS...pay for your own damn retirement.
you younger than 55 ?
you do realize that 15% of your wage goes to SS and you’ll get back less than 5%
Dan, there is no “yours”. There is no “mine”. We’ve paid into a Ponzi scheme. Sucks to be us.
