The Pentagon hasn’t found any documents indicating that Mike Flynn received authorization to accept money from a foreign government before traveling to Moscow in 2015 for a paid Russian state TV event, according to a letter from the acting Secretary of the Army.
The Pentagon finding came after lawmakers raised questions about whether the former White House national security adviser and retired U.S. Army general violated Pentagon rules that require retired officers to report income from foreign states.

I don’t know how they define “income from foreign states”. Does anyone doing ANY business constitute this “income” and if they are applying this to a Flynn media appearance, why hasn’t anyone looked into the Clinton Foundation dealings with a multitude of “foreign states” and the income she received?
So he did not file documents, but did he get paid? If he did it for free, like an interview, that is OK?

you are very very wrong. They are not a conservative station but with Hannity and Pirro and a few others they are nothing close to CNN, which is a propaganda unit for the left-wing 24 hours, seven days a week. They are not nearly close to CNN. in fact they replace Megan with someone who is much more conservative. I don’t watch except for the Bates anymore but I don’t watch much TV. I still see Hannity and Jeanine and they are very good.

Concur, CNN (the wolf) is worse. FOXNEWS (in sheep’s clothing) is different.
CNN had Lou Dobbs for years. Arguably better than Hannity. I like the FOX ones you mentioned also, good people.
But Conservatives need to know that for 15 years, the FOX NEWS war on terror screen scrolling drumbeat was a “big government / deep state” drumbeat and most didn’t see it coming.

I think Chuck Schumer will be laying low for a bit since he was the one predicting that the FBI can ( I am paraphrasing ) take Trump down.

Simply because RT is owned by the Russian government does not mean that it is not an independent news operation that just happens to be based in Moscow, nor does Gen. Flynn’s right to free speech end when he appears on Russian media.
I suspect Flynn will be taken to court and convicted of one or more crimes for the underlying heinous crime of accepting a position with the Trump Administration. It will take an appeal to get a conviction overturned and, depending on where the case is begun, maybe it will require going to the Gorsuched USSC for that.
