Take PPACA for example. There are literally hundreds of instances of the phrase “...at the Secretary’s [HHS] discretion..” embedded that give a government official to impose arbitrary rules and regulations with the force of law at his/her [or their President’s] pleasure. DEMOCRATS did this! Not one Republican voted for that law as I recall and Nancy Pelosi ‘deemed’ the measure passed (without a revote on the floor) when it came back from the Senate/House reconciliation..
Obama had 8 years to lay mines all over this government, and it is up to Trump and us to defuse them. It starts with obeying the law and not pandering to politicians who fear losing the illegal votes.

The expulsion of Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos, a Mexican citizen and mother of two U.S.-born children, “illustrates the new reality of the Mexican community living in the United States in the face of more severe application of migration controls,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
The ministry urged its citizens to “stay informed about immigration matters”’ and keep in touch with the extensive Mexican consular network in the United States. There’s that intellectually dishonest term for illegal alien, “undocumented immigrant.”
One thing you learn if you read enough about the intersection of identity fraud and illegal aliens is that they’re not undocumented. They have all sorts of fraudulent documents, this is obvious. This has real costs for the people whose info is being used for fraudulent purposes, a cost generally not recognized by those shilling for illegals.
It’s long past time to quit playing along with the Left’s language game here. Any time someone uses the term “undocumented immigrant”, Republicans need to ask “do you mean fraudulently documented illegal aliens?”

Sunup to sundown one cannot ignore the meaning of “illegal”. That said, I have friends that are on or have been on both sides of legal.
In my view, the absence of enforcement by elected and appointed officials has been the single-most cause of illegal immigration. Human nature being thus, “illegals” have simply taken advantage of the situation.
In order for elected/appointed officials to appreciate the magnitude of their malfeasance, they deserve a lengthy sabbatical at a remote Grey Stone Hotel.
In the meantime, cleaning up politicians mess is going to be a very painful exercise for everyone but politicians.
Duh.
They are here illegally.
They are not citizens.
They perform identity theft to get benefits that don’t belong to them.
It doesn’t matter how long they’ve been here or what kind of sob stories they create.

Do they feel strongly enough to propose a law for open borders? It isn’t as if we don’t have a process in place to enter the country LEGALLY. If you take something from a store illegally you don’t get to keep it because it has been in your possession for a long time and is now a family heirloom or something you counted on. Fact remains you STOLE it. We won’t let our country and resources be stolen.
