First of all, when you know the objective of your adversary, you have to be more savvy. The line of attack from the Democrat Party through the campaign was to tie Donald Trump to Russia, and that intensified after the election. As a former Head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, LTG Flynn should have displayed better situational awareness.
No one associated with the Trump campaign, or potential administration figures, should have had any contact with Russian officials. As well, having been in the intelligence community, LTG Flynn should have realized that the potential for someone listening in on conversations was high. That does lead to a very interesting point: did the Obama administration know and authorize the phone tapping involving an American citizen without their knowledge? As we know, the exact same thing happened with the Obama Department of Justice, under Eric Holder, investigating the sitting CIA Director, General David Petraeus, without his knowledge. Now, I wonder if the liberal ACLU has any issue with that?
Second, it would seriously behoove President Trump to remove the countless number of Obama holdovers that remain operating within his administration in key positions.
The pressure needs to be levied against Senate Democrat leader Chuck Schumer as this is further evidence of Democrat, progressive socialist efforts to undermine the peaceful transition of governance.

Trump needs to get tough on Obama and his "flying monkeys".
I am sure he and his admin know they have to remove the holdovers. I’ll bet he is waiting until he has his cabinet in place before he proceeds.
The big thing is to have replacements ready, not underlings already in there who are Obamites, too, which is a big possibility.
He also needs to cultivate a line to those who are friendly (ain’t that a bitch, having to find someone who will support the president), and who will name names, because someone is always ready to jockey on the back of someone else in DC.

If this is what the Trump administration is going to do, then every member of that administration, including Trump, has to be very sensitive to what policies they will try to implement before they clean house, and what policies MUST wait until after they clean house. Allen West is absolutely correct that any policies involving Russia will have to wait until the spies are eradicated. Otherwise you are just playing into their hands.
My idea of treason is the “deal” with Iran that has not been made public to the American people. The terms of this hidden deal must be made available.

I hope so. I think the first week was a bit of bravado and letting people know he was in charge. Immigration is number one. Getting a solid policy in place, and one can see from ICE and border that the existing laws on the books are being enforced, finally, will cement his support.
It isn’t surprising how many legal immigrants are fully behind him.

What is per se wrong with talking with a Russian official? Would it be any worse than talking with an American-hating EU politician? We are not at war with Russia. Most Americans don’t want to be at war with Russia. So as of now, any citizen is free to have, say, the Russian ambassador over for dinner to discuss international politics — as long as no state secrets are passed.

Dead wrong. It's actually part of Flynn's job. His problem was he misrepresented (either lied or misremembered) what was discussed when he talked to Pence. That's it.

It would most likely be Considered High Treason if it was made Public and anything that can be done to prevent that from happening, will be done, at all costs. The Marxist Muslim Petulant Duplicitous Man-Child and The New World Order depends on it.
The treason and leaks from the Kenyan-muslim’s holdovers will continue unabated until Trump issues an EO that says something like this:
Any federal government employee hired during either Obama administration:
a) If you are a G-8 or above, this is your 30 day notice.
b) If you are a G-7 or below, this is your 60 day notice.
c) Within 40 days all department heads will submit a plan that reduces your staff by 10%. The 10% reduction will be calculated based upon the staff count before item a) and item b) are applied.
d) If you are being sacked, please recommend your replacement.
(this will tell us who NOT to hire into that position)
There is a rumor that Flynn’s departure was planned all along. Perhaps they have another job for him. There are several factors in this situation that don’t make a lot of sense, so there must be a lot more to this story.
Unfortunately, it takes about a year and a half to fire a federal employee.
Maybe an EO that requires federal employees to work from the same standards we all do.
