Promising an inside account of election night at Clinton headquarters, where the sounds of heated shouting and smashing of glass emanated from the Clintons private rooms as their empire fell down around them, a new book, Game of Thorns by New York Times bestselling author and presidential historian Doug Wead, is due out from Hachette Book Group on February 28.

Wead claims the Bush family, feeling growing concern over Trump, actually colluded with the Clintons, presumably to derail the Trump campaign. He also hails Reince Priebus for urging Trump not to drop out after the Access Hollywood audio hit, against the advice of other operatives.

How could anyone be surprised about the treachery of the Bush family? They’ve been at it ever since Bush Sr. became Reagan’s vice president; I don’t think he was disloyal during that presidency, but he certainly did everything he could to deep six the Reagan legacy once he became president.

I LOVE IT
The Bush, Clinton, and Kennedy families are ALL cancers of the body politic....
I heard the stories of the trashed hotel room very shortly after that wonderful election. It was on WBEN in Buffalo - Tom Baurle Show. Some juicy bits were coming out from the hotel staff back then, but the rumours seemed to go away. I figured Hitlery was drunk and furious, and that’s why the low class move of sending out Podesta happened. Imagine if Trump had done such a thing?
“Inside Account?” If it’s not on film it ain’t worth reading about.
Probably has better info, too.
Back in the early 1980's Doug and Gloria Wead were some of the top distributors in Amway, being personally sponsored by none other than Dexter Yager.
Yager was the first distributor to realize that the real money in Amway wasn't in the product sales, but the sales of motivational books, tapes and ticket sales at motivational functions. Wead also presented himself as an evangelical minister at the time.
So far, the film version is “Trumped,” the Showtime/Politico “documenatary” taken from the series “The Circus.” I reviewed it on www.imdb.com. Nothing new in it from “the Circus” except one scene where I think it showed the day after Trump won the primary John Podesta was really, really concerned and seemed to know they couldn’t beat Trump.
One thing right away is wrong, in that I KNOW Steve Bannon did not “urge Trump to drop out” after the sextape. I seriously doubt Conway did either. So the notion that Rinse and Repeat “talked him out of dropping out” is silly.
Not available in ebook.
I seriously doubt that Trump would let down his populist followers, the good people of America who were crying under the heavy load of Obama/Hillary socialism, by dropping out of the race over a private comment made sixteen years before. That’s b.s.

I got fooled by the notion that she destroyed the huge victory cake and that she smashed a huge flat screen TV donated by Saudi Arabia.
but the rest of it, that all the food had been thrown, that the plates had been smashed and all the cutlery was all all over the floor, that was true:
It was the pissed off hotel clean up staff that ratted on her.
glass ceiling being broken
Regardless of what the book says, the biggest point is the left was able to keep most of the election night damage out of the public eye.
Unrelated but to my wife today I mentioned after hearing the Flynn news, the dem party is a bigger threat to this country than are the Ruskies. Seems dems can go and have private extra government meetings with enemies in Hanoi (Kennedy) and others (Wright) in central america but don’t get called on it but if a guy like Flynn has the audacity to call the Ruskie Ambassador he is fair game.
If it’s the same Doug Wead from Wheaton, he WAS an evangelical pastor. My son attended his services while in college.
If if wasn’t for the practice that the Clinton’s walk this earth, the Bush family would be regarded as the most evil family in the world.
I despise those globalist traitors
I have suspected that Hillary lost the election because the PTB saw her as unstable due to alcohol and medications.
