To who and being life long citizens of SA, where do they go and what will they do if they ever get there?
I think SA is still a nominal member of the "British Commonwealth", and probably any other Commonwealth member would be glad to have them. Many end up in Australia.
White South Africans are well-educated and have a strong work ethic, and would be welcome anywhere such traits are valued.
