SOL had it when he reached 400 lbs, he had type 2 and heart issues, he’s now down to what is his ideal 200 lbs, he’s 6’4” and lost the heart and diabetes drugs. He had the type surgery that allowed a slower rate so there were no skin sagging. Peripheral Neuropathy of feet is also eased up. His hurting knee had improved. But there are still issues eating fiber foods the digest slower.
