Yes, not just one crime, but a series, a lifestyle. They are criminals. I would be fined/jailed for the same infractions.

They are making it easy to decide where you will not be spending money to dine.
I’m of Italian heritage and I’m too busy to notice if my fave Italian restos’ hire illegals. However, I want to know which restaurants are on the list so i can boycott.
IN REALITY, c’mon we just want to eat. My chief concern is if the food is great, the waiter is not an asshole, and if the food bill will not cost me an arm and a leg. You can also add if they didn’t spit in my food but that’s another story.

Hilarious that they say they comply with all laws.
They are explicitly organized to obstruct the law. Specifically, 8 USC 1324, “Bringing in and harboring certain aliens”.
They should all be arrested.

Back in 2013, the Paragon Restaurant in Schererville, Indiana was raided and closed by federal agents (IRS, DHS, Dept. of Labor) The owners were involved in money laundering and mail fraud, but they also were charged with harboring illegal aliens in the restaurant and in a nearby house they owned. The owner was also charged with falsely reporting his payroll and employee information (he was paying cash to some employees) to defraud the state of unemployment contributions.
The owner was sentenced to 51 months in the federal pen; his wife got a year of home confinement.
The restaurant sanctuary folks could be walking on thin ice.
Maybe they will change their name to “Shooters”

Probably like that early Angelina Jolie movie, a take-off on Romeo & Juliet, upscale Italians against the local neighborhood Italians competing in the restaurant and wedding catering businesses.
Then there's some of it in the Stanley Tucci/Tony Shaloub movie, "The Big Night", I think.
Shaloub's berating customers for ordering pasta with pasta, telling his brother, Tucci, "...they, Americans, will learn...", as the restaurant is goes down the tubes.
Go home. Problem solved.
