Inmate’s Special Meal Request May Cost Taxpayers Millions

e of Nashville’s most notorious killers, Perry March, is suing the Department of Corrections and a food service provider for not complying with his request to be served kosher meals.

In a complaint, March wrote:”It’s a case of gluttonous wolves gorging unchecked on defenseless, captive sheep.”

Ten years ago, Perry March was convicted of murdering his wife and was sentenced to more than 50 years behind bars.

March practices Judaism and claims that his denial of kosher meals can be blamed on anti-Semitism.

Legal analyst Nick Leonardo says inmates recently won a similar lawsuit in Florida. “There’s 10,000 prisoners in that state who have some dietary restrictions because of religion and it cost the state $12 million last year.”

If March is successful in his quest for kosher meals, Tennessee taxpayers may foot the bill.

Taxpayers pay for all sorts of nonsense for the incarcerated, including legal name changes (from Eddie Lee Washington to Muhammed El Ray, etc.) courtesy of the United States Supreme Court. Gender assignment surgeries, etc.

Under The Law of Moses the penalty for murder is death by stoning outside the camp. It would be simpler to just give him a Kosher sentence.

Janet March. She found out Perry made salacious remarks to a co-worker and was fired. He never told her.

Perry March committed a most heinous crime...killing the beautiful mother of his children, then compounding his crime in several ways.

He got his dumb father to rebury his murdered wife....dug up the poor thing up b/c of land development.

He then absconded to Mexico where his father retired. Perry conned a women out of her life savings so he could live lavishly. He remarried to a local girl.

After he was nabbed, he tried to get a fellow inmate to kill his in-laws. They had been so good to him---his FIL was a prominent attorney and paid for Perry's legal education.

Luckily the hitman turned on him and cooperated /w/ the law to get this crumb-bum behind bars.

Starvation is too good for this creep.

His father also got jail time---and died in jail, I believe.
