And with Cruz you could invoke Rule 19 to shut-down just about any criticism on the Senate floor.

“It could cause the CWII people have talked about...”

That’s no deterrent. I’m convinced that’s exactly what the left wants.

Correct.
They will file lawsuits ad infinitum.
They will tie up the courts with lawsuits.
They will attempt to stop President Trump’s every EO that comes out.
Their intent is to bring the government to a standstill until they can get power again!.............

If they just split it and keep the same judges we will just have two stupid overly liberal courts legislating from the bench. Needs new justices

How many ways can Congress and Executive Branch attack Activist Judges to slow them down? How about an executive order that Federal Judges must take a test on the Constitution?

I actually worry about both of them. Ted played games pushing TPA and with the Gang of Eight amnesty bill, which both were teeing up a major loss of American sovereignty.

How about a right-wing riot in front of the Supreme Court building? Then pick up all the litter and go home?

Not our style. We basically march once a year for the March to Live. We had rallies in 2009-2010 for the Tea Party supporters. But other then that we protest by voting. It has been effective and hope it continues.

Liberals protesting gets them nothing.

We all know what must be done here by all the postings. Problem is we have no Senate or House. These are useless good for nothing mentally ill bodies and willing to let America slip more into communism that where it is now.

President Trump must address the Senate and House and try to wake the fools up.

Liberals protesting gets them nothing.

Liberals protesting makes them think they own the field.

They need to be swarmed by a crowd so large that it makes them look pitiful by comparison. I'm not saying that we get violent, just produce a LARGE show of force.

Oh I know you didn’t mean violence. That for sure I knew. I just wonder if we all showed up, would it change the judges frame of thought? I just don’t know about that due to the lifetime appointments.

Ignore them.

Do what you have to do, and see if Congress would impeach after several years.

They are voters. Schumer and the rest of Congress would see it, too.

It's about showing Trump that his base is still with him. The crowd would carry signs demanding Ryan, McConnell, and the rest of the Republicans to stop dawdling and actively get behind Trump, because 2018 is not that far away.

Then pressure Congressional Republicans to start publicly pressuring the courts to uphold their own oaths of office and do their jobs.

Good point. See SEC 6(a)(1) ... the currently sitting judges of the “old” ninth circus will remain in place. Not good enough.

Exactly! This decision is a coup against WE THE PEOPLE, make no mistake. We have been denied and these liberal bastards are sitting back watching US, to see how far they can push, so far, they must be optimistic because not a peep from the thousands who showed up every day, to support their candidate, Donald Trump. EVERY ONE of us should be in the streets, demanding our POTUS be allowed to lead and carry through with the agenda WE voted for.

Congress can technically disintegrate every lower court there is and choke to death the Supreme Court with an insurmountable workload.

Won't happen, but the butthurt would be a joy to witness. Until then, we have a flawed system, read the Anti-Federalist Papers, especially concerning the Judicial Branch.

Question, what is to stop liberal judges from blocking EVERYTHING Trump does?

Nothing. and that tactic will be attempted. But Mr. Trump is on to it and has been from the beginning. He knew how the courts would rule and how far they would overstep their jurisdiction to do it. He is negotiating and maneuvering. He could well have simply ignored the courts and would have been eventually upheld but he has other incidental dragons to slay and he is luring them out of the forest. Watch and enjoy.

I expect Trump will prevail when this case reaches the Supreme Court, which he will follow by pressing for the removal of any judge involved below who issued a frivolous verdict.

We have laws, and when those laws are clear we must expect judges will rule accordingly. Any judge plainly disregarding clear law (vs understandable instances of conflicting sensible interpretations) should be evicted from the bench.
