Politics: Leaders in the Democratic Party probably should have thought twice before deciding to mount a scorched-earth campaign against President Trump. So far, they've failed to stop any of Trump's picks, or gain public support for their cause. They have, however, succeeded in making themselves look unhinged.
As we write this, not a single Trump Cabinet pick has withdrawn or failed to secure confirmation, which puts him well ahead of President Obama, who was forced to withdraw several of his initial appointments due to scandals. That included Tom Daschle, Obama's pick for Health and Human Services, who'd failed to pay taxes, and his Commerce pick, Bill Richardson, who was being investigated for allegedly doling out government contracts in exchange for campaign contributions while governor of New Mexico.
The best Democrats have been able to accomplish was to force Vice President Pence to cast the tiebreaking vote to confirm Education Secretary Betsy DeVos.
They've also failed to convince a majority — or even a plurality — of the public to oppose any of Trump's executive orders, according to a Morning Consult/Politico poll, which asked about 11 of his most controversial ones.
In fact, the orders Democrats invested the most time and energy in attacking get the strongest public support.

I really hope that the Soros/DNC/media axis continues to instigate riots, continue their unhinged verbal insanity, and their political obstructionism. That will tell more and more people exactly who they are, and exactly what they want.

How true! Unfortunately, the repubs have same problem with sir leaders.
Part of Trump’s strategy is to keep the Democrats unhinged. He has to be careful not to get too far ahead of himself, though. I’m not sure that he thought enough chess moves ahead of time regarding the immigration EO, but maybe he has. Maybe it’s all unfolding exactly as he thought it would.
I’m concerned about sending it to the SCOTUS right now as there may be a split decision which would let the 9th Circus opinion stand.
Trump is a dealmaker and has maintained that you start a negotiation by asking for way, way more than you know you will get. Then you wait for the counter offer and so on back and forth.
Perhaps he will address the concerns of the 9th Circus in another EO, then see where that goes. On and on, back and forth until Gorsuch is seated.
If the courts continue to shut him down again and again, that will only help his case.

Bannon KNEW EXACTLY how this EO would turn out, this outcome from the 9th circus had riled up the American public that put a POTUS Trump in office!!! The MORE and LONGER this BS goes on the STRONGER our side becomes!!! The ONLY thing that will blow this for us is our DAMNED congress and Senate DRAGGING THEIR DAMNED FEET by NOT pushing Trump’s legislation through NOW! This BS over OCARE taking a long time NEEDS to be nipped in the bud NOW!! These REPUBLICAN BASTARDS have had 8 years to have this READY TO GO!!!!
That and their 30 million foreign born looters, the Democrats having chased all the normal voters out of their party. Trump is choking off the air supply of new Democrat voters. They are facing certain death without them.
Maybe so, but if The Stupid Party doesn’t get their act together and start fully supporting the President it won’t matter.
