It puzzles me how anyone that stupid can still get elected.Because she brings home the transportation pork, and her staff makes sure that she gets credit for it.
There is a saying in the Senate: "The weakest senators have the strongest staffs." The staffs of Murray, Mikulski, Boxer and Kennedy were legendary for their strength and efficiency.
