A UC Berkeley rioter and thug who bragged online about beating conservatives outside the Milo Yiannopoulos speech last Wednesday night works at the university.
Now he is under investigation.
Dabney Miller, a staff member at the UC Berkeley, bragged about how he beat conservatives. He posted images of one man he knocked to the ground and pummeled with his fists before someone pulled him away.
Dabney Miller draws a paycheck from the UC Berkeley administration.
On Wednesday Breitbart senior editor Milo Yiannopoulos was scheduled to speak at UC Berkeley the historical home of the free speech movement.
Violent far left rioters and goons shut the talk down.

Shut them down!
San Jose cops funneled Trump supporters into an ambush and then they did nothing as they were attacked.
Berkley cops supervised arson and beating of people they disagree with politically.
If were me I would sue him into the gutter!
Update: UC Berkeley Thug Who Beat Conservative Is Under Investigation for Participating in Riots.
Investigate.
Investigate.
Investigate.
Investigate.
Nobody looking, good lets forget it.
“Under investigation”. Yeah. Meanwhile, Dabney Miller will be holding seminar classes in Sproul Hall at 9.30am and in Zellerback Hall at 1.30pm today. Don’t be late! You don’t want Dabney comin’ after you in your next class!
So what’s the update? I’m having problems loading the linked page, but I already knew everything in the excerpt.
I keep repeating, the less law enforcement does its job, the more vigilantism, on both sides, you will get.
Against HIM AND THE UNIVERSITY! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$............................
At the very end of the story, it is noted that he is being investigated by the FBI.
Sounds like a very good start. 18 U.S.C? Conspiracy to deny rights?
Could the university be liable too since he was an employee and possible could be considered at his place of work?
These leftists pieces of crap are so stupid. They post this stuff on the internet and they think they’ll get away with it.
Unbelievable.
Well.... they have gotten away with it so far.
The man’s guilty of felony assault and battery in addition to denying the civil rights of another citizen.
If you did what he did anywhere else in view of the police he would already have been charged and incarcerated.
Whoever got beaten can sue the pants off UC Berkeley
Imagine if Kraft foods or General Motors had employees who willingly and deliberately went out to harm the public, using their product, their position and knowledge of the institution for which they worked?
If they weren’t put out of business, they would be on the hook for tens of millions of dollars. Any involved managers would go to jail.
Google Peanut Corp of America. their CEO was sentenced to 28 years for knowingly allowing potentially salmonella-contaminated product on to the market. His crime was merely economic - not even a specific attempt to harm.
How much worse is UC Berkeley?
Campus 'police' aren't really police are they? More like security guards dressed up to resemble police? Like TSA agents... Considering there are tapes of the assaults, why aren't the thugs being identified and arrested?
Is this real or fake?
Is this fellow back on campus?
James Comey sent dozens and dozens of FBI agents to Ferguson, Missouri to investigate whether local authorities were impinging on civil rights.
Why haven’t dozens of FBI agents been sent to Berkeley?
Are state government employees in the university system or local law enforcement allowing or encouraging the denial of civil rights? Shouldn’t the FBI be getting to the bottom of it?
James Comey, what say you???
Well not only that, but they see that as heroic as justice. There have been numerous groups in history that celebrated physically attacking or killing those that disagree with their opinions.... none of them were good.
“Campus ‘police’ aren’t really police are they?”
No, they’re often real cops. They usually, these days, graduate from police training courses, carry real firearms, etc.
