The Prime Minister made light of photographs of her holding hands with the US president when she spoke to the Conservative Black and White Ball in London on Monday evening.
SHARE The Daily Telegraph reported that in response to applause from Tory donors, Mrs May said: "Thank you very much for that wonderful reception.
"I don't think I have received such a big hand since I walked down the colonnade at the White House."
Mrs May and Mr Trump were pictured holding hands as they walked from the Oval Office to a press conference during last month's visit to the White House.
Downing Street explained it as a chivalrous gesture from the president, who reached out to take Mrs May's hand as they walked down a small slope.
Mr Trump has faced jibes about the size of his hands since the 1980s, when Spy magazine repeatedly labelled him a "short-fingered vulgarian".
The taunt even surfaced in the contest for the Republican presidential nomination, when rival Marco Rubio asked: "Have you seen his hands? And you know what they say about men with small hands."
A furious Mr Trump later hit back in a TV debate, saying: "Look at those hands. Are they small hands? ... I guarantee you there's no problem."

Bizarre stuff going on over there. The BBC reported that Trump held her hand because “he’s afraid of staircases.” Then it was because he was a doddering old man who couldn’t maneuver on slopes. They are the kings of Fake News.
When will the stupidity end? I await the day that Trump slams the door and shuts those idiots up for good.
Marla Maples is quoted as saying “Best Sex Ever!!” So there probably isn’t a problem.

I did read the joke May attempted to tell and it was mild and nothing to declare a 2nd revolution over. But they really are writing columns about him being afraid of staircases and holding her hand because he feared falling. By the way, May needs to learn how to dress appropriately for her age. Perhaps Ivanka and Melania can help.

The MSM earlier made a big deal of the inadvertent misspelling of Theresa May’s first name, accusing the Trump White House of confusing her with a porn star with a similar name.
Ironically, they overlook the fact that THEY were obviously familiar with said porn star, while the American people and Trump’s people had probably never heard of her.
She’s learning from Trump. The remark got her into the news. I’m sure Trump doesn’t care about jokes about his hands. He brought it up himself in his campaign speeches. Her being more focused upon by the media was good for him too.
What their papers are saying is a totally different topic. Their media, especially the BBC, is pro 0 and very anti-trump. The BBC has done a very thorough job brainwashing the brits.
