The congressional GOPe are trying to manipulate Trump’s agenda using congressional Democrats as attack dogs.
They can sit back and say nothing and then come forward when they have an angle to explore to get their own (donor) priorities implemented.

The progressives had near total control of the Senate and Congress from the 1929 Crash until Newt’s rise in Congress. We are witnessing history as true CHANGE is happening. Since the mid-90’s the DNC has been splintering openly, and they are losing at the State and Local election levels thus decapitating their party - now their party is protests and riots.

However, history tends to start on the day when one becomes aware of the world. Fifty years ago, my interests were Camp Fire Girls and 4-H. I did not start paying attention to communist propaganda until I was a teenager and got my first short wave radio. It was only several years after that when I became aware that the USSR had mouthpieces who repeated communist propaganda within the US. Hence, that is why I referred to "20 or 30 years ago."
My congressman has been touted as a “conservative member of the Freedom Caucus”.
His mumbo jumbo that agrees with Trump in one sentence and disagrees in another reaffirms my belief that he is a hack as evidenced by his support of Ryan and Boehner over the years.
Boehner did a fundraiser for Congressman Scott Perry back when he was Speaker.

I was thinking the riots in the 1960s. I was a young kid but I do remember seeing those on TV and my Dad and his friends started carrying pistols for a while.

You are correct about Susan Collins. She is a proven RINO and why the voters in Maine keep reelecting her, is beyond me.
Just take a look for example in her ratings from Planned Butscherhood and NARAL Prochoice on Abortion
Her conservative ratings are quite low
Hillary said it would be “horrendous” not to accept the results of the election, a threat to our very democracy. Now this violence is being done every day by Democrats and there is not a peep about the danger to democracy from Hillary. What a flaming hypocrite.

Collins keeps getting re-elected because the RATS choose candidates to run against her who are much further to the left than Collins.
This makes Republicans vote for Collins, and she attracts a fair amount of dems and independents.
I wrote in someone else’s name last time this fake Republican ran in 2014.
Collins also lied the first time she ran for the Senate; she promised to serve for only two terms.
