This man named Robart is a "part time" judge. He is a FULL TIME ACTIVIST! When he chooses to apply the law correctly he takes his part time position as a judge. He is a full time activist because he is unpredictable as to when he will carry out his position correctly.
The remedy is impeachment! Activists in the judicial system should be impeached!

This judge’s action is really concerning because now that wannabe terrorists know that Trump is serious about keeping them out, they will likely use the window of opportunity opened by this idiot to get here while they have the chance. It’s always the do-gooders that get people killed via public policy, just as the pacifists always have the most blood on their hands when war becomes necessary.
The refugee center needs to be right next door to this judge. That way he can help them. Two or three thousand from a third world country would give him a lot of opportunity

Our system is screwed up when an UNELECTED judge, whom nobody ever heard of, can stop an EO from the nationally elected president of the United States, and thus jeopardize the safety of my family, is insane.
Trump really needs to review and remove judges who are not simply judging by laws as written and instead are judging by feelings or personal views.
I read Clinton removed many judges when taking office so he could appoint new judges.

OK, so we have one judge who stops the ban, and one judge who allows the ban. And, they are BOTH Federal judges. So, WHO overrides who? Who has the authority?
