5) He sees court system as means to help people It was also during his confirmation hearing that Robart spoke about using the courts to help people who felt disenfranchised. "I was introduced to people who in many times felt that the legal system was stacked against them or was unfair," he said. "And one of the things, I think, that my time there helped accomplish was to show them that the legal system was set up for their benefit and that it could be, if properly used, an opportunity for them to seek redress if they had been wronged." Robart added that he would treat everyone in his courtroom with "dignity and respect." "Working with people who have an immediate need and an immediate problem that you are able to help with is the most satisfying aspect of the practice of law. I think in terms of -- if I am fortunate enough to be confirmed by the Senate, I will take that experience to the courtroom with me, recognize that you need to treat everyone with dignity and with respect, and to engage them so that when they leave the courtroom they feel like they had a fair trial."

So let’s put the “refugee” center in Point Barrow, Alaska.
He is a non-lawabiding a$$.
In other words, he believes he can use the judiciary as a means to further personal agenda.
What’s up with judges with the last name, “Roberts”?
One gives us Obamacare, and another overrules citizens’ votes.
When you don't apply rule of law, 1/2 of the people before you will know you are just there to screw them and the other half will snigger that they got away with this shit. Their attorneys will be buying rounds at the bar bragging about how they pulled the wool over another dimwit judges eyes on a sure looser of a case.
Islamic Terror Enabler and Enemy of the American People.
Just another dhimmi liberal activist federal judge who wants to flood the country with jihadists so he can feel morally superior.
To Americans they’ll maim, murder and blow up. No big effin’ deal to a judge with armed bodyguards.
A Bush appointed judge.
Which is typical so-called Conservative judges like John Roberts can latter bite you like the snakes that they truly are.
The duty of a judge is to fairly and impartially adjudicate the law AS IT IS WRITTEN. It isn’t a venue for social equalization or do-gooder feel good pandering for self-satisfaction.
If he wants to ‘feel good’ then he ought to get his butt over to a soup kitchen and get on the line dishing out soup.
If CNN was not Fake News they’d have written that the judge’s decision is unconstitutional and that this is a judicial coup against the President. Period.
“Judge” Robart is an activist. His not a judge!Could be a bush’s family revenge.
The bow-tie is a dead giveaway. ;-)
Very sad. Now we’ll have jihadis traveling back and forth between their terror camps and our country. Much was made of the nine year old girl who was killed in the Yemen raid, and tragic though it was, the girl had one name, Nora, for use as an American citizen but another name for use in the land where she was being raised in a culture which is fighting against American values. Can we get some sanity here in our legal system?
Time for the FBI to look into this ***hole’s bank accounts to see who paid him off. I’ll bet a dollar to a donut that it was that little, honky b*tch Soros.
This judge should have been a social worker. He is dealing on his personal feelings instead of the law. Is anyone surprised that he was a GHWBush appointee?
That 9 year old was the daughter of al-Alwaki. She never had a chance for a good life.
Yep.
Usually (though not always) that is how I have come to feel.
