Rochester, N.Y.-(WHAM) - 18 year old Eman Muthana gets emotional talking about being judged on her Muslim faith. She wears a traditional hijab, and said sometimes people stare at her.
She hopes that through education and awareness, they will learn this is something she does because she is proud of her Muslim faith and culture and is showing modesty.

The real truth is if she doesn’t wear it she’ll be Honor Killed
Let’s have Christian day where everyone including the Muslim girl don’t have to wear the hijab and cross necklaces are optional!
I hope this school has a *I Have a Hang-Nail Day* soon.
What I want to know is: when is National Female Genital Mutilation Day?
If they want to not be stared at they can go back where muslim customs are normal.
You know, hijabs, beheading, female genital mutilation, slavery, stonings, throwing homosexuals from tall buildings, etc.
Rochester NY, like most cities in NY and NJ, has few remnants of Western Civilization left. These areas are being abandoned by Westerners, and foreigners are trafficked there to keep the lights on...
Will the young ladies wearing their hijabs be told to walk 10 feet behind the men.
I escaped the Rochester Gulag of the Peoples Republic of NY in 1978.
In my return visits and reading news items from there, I am struck by the dichotomy of solid urban/suburban and farm folk that I know and the garbage pushed by the local media with the echo chamber of the completely communist local and state government
There is so much up there I love.
And so much that I despise.
It is sad.
Because every day is Islamic diversity day.
Eventually she will go full jihad...murdering her adoring neighbors. You were warned.
How is this not misogynistic/sexist? Do men have a day when they must dress like a Muslim? Or a day when they must wear a beard? Why are the girls supposed to wear a Muslim headdress?
Second: Is there a comparable day when everyone must wear a cross of some sort? Or - how about a day when all must wear an Indian headdress with feathers?
