Beware the PV Estates Police Dept. They don’t mess around. I grew up not far from there and went to the most beautiful Jr. High school anywhere.
One would think that with the billions spent on California hispanics annually in special programs and benefits just for them, the stats would be better, but Bell Gardens is just one of many welfare-driven/corresponding attitude municipalities in SoCal.
Bell Gardens:
Hispanic or Latino of any race were 40,271 persons (95.7%).
According to California Watch, Bell Gardens has the highest percentage of residents who have not completed ninth grade (44.9%) of any California city.[
About 25.3% of families and 27.3% of the population were below the poverty line, including 33.5% of those under age 18

It's bad enough that People do this. It's amazing that they have no fear of publicizing their Crimes without fear of being held accountable.
If I were Emperor, Lamp Posts would be Hybrids, serving two Public purposes.
