A new sheriff arrived in town...
This phrase has been used a lot since Jan 20, but I think the correct idea is that a sheriff has RETURNED to town, taking the town back from the OUTLAWS who were riding rough-shod over the citizens and running the place into the ground.

I hope ALL rinos learn the lesson that they don’t have to be politicians to get elected. They all believed, like Hillary, they had to say want people wanted to hear to get elected. I thunk Nicki learned if you speak the truth and mean it, that’s what the people want to hear.
