This is one of the more insidious tricks of the left-media. They’ll take a guy like Schumer and present him as a credible source every time he speaks publicly, no matter his track record. The word is always, “US Senator Charles Schumer says X ...,” or “US Senator Charles Schumer expresses doubts about X ...,” etc.
... thereby absolving him of the reputation he’s earned. So the guy can do (or say) practically anything without thinking twice about it.
I think that the judge will be DEPENDENT on the constitution, and that’s exactly what qualifies him.
