Thos dog “won’t hunt” anyway because the discretion is total when choosing who will be allowed to immigrate, who will get visas. There is nothing in the Constitution that says we have to be any sort of “fair” about what non citizens we allow into the country. The leftist pseudo reasoning is the same rationale that says we have to grant Miranda rights to enemy soldiers captured on the battlefield. I believe Schumer has made that claim way back in the Bush administration.
