Jindal is not a lightweight; he was a great Louisiana governor-—Obama sued him a bunch of times, notably re: Planned Parenthood. Jindal counter sued and won.
Sure he made some wisecracks during the primaries. But when Trump won the nomination, he was among the first to come out against the Never-Trumpers and say it’s time to unite and beat Hillary.
I’ve watched him for years and I love the guy.
He’s backing Trump all the way on immigration, and you’re attacking him? Really, fool?
Yep, I`m attacking him. Even Jeb Bush did some good things as Governor of Florida. That doesn`t change the fact that both of them are, at heart, political animals, who decide what they believe based on which way the winds blow, and on who`s financing their campaign.
Jindal has been solidly conservative, even when attacked. He’s one of the few who does not follow the wind. Sorry, you’re just wrong.

One thing that really impressed me about Gov. Jindhal was when he called for an end of the practice of labeling Americans with the damn hyphen.

The Bushes have always been lightweights, GOPe, utterly indistinguishable from liberal Democrats.
That simply CANNOT be said about Jindal. You don’t know what you are talking about; you clearly know nothing of his record.
You are basing your opinion entirely on a soundbite which was taken out of context by the liberal media-— who utterly disregarded Jindal’s far more substantive comments from that same speech-—in EXACTLY the same way the pussyhat women are basing their view of Trump on an insignificant soundbite while remaining woefully ignorant on issues of substance.
Jindal was “draining the swamp” by firing useless bureaucrats —30% of LA state employees— defunding PP, fighting the Feds, the EPA and global warming nuts to bring back offshore oil jobs, fixing infrastructure, fighting the public teachers unions and promoting school vouchers, reducing welfare and requiring work....etc.etc.
Louisiana liberals were howling. He was Louisiana’s Trump. Many of Trump’s policies and cabinet picks seem to me almost as if Trump has borrowed ideas from Jindal.
That’s why it makes no sense for anyone to CLAIM to support Trump while attacking Jindal. If you attack Jindal, you’re essentially attacking his accomplishments and thus you’re undermining what Trump is trying to do.
No, I`m not undermining Trump by pointing out that Jindal is a fraud. Jindal needs Trump. Trump doesn`t need Jindal. Trump will suceed because he has the support of the American people, not because he has the support of Jindal.
Jindal is trying to attach himself to the winning team. I get it. He`s not alone. If he wants to support Trump, great. I just don`t have any illusions as to what motivates him. Jindal is an ambitious climber. He`s a typical GOPe protege.
The GOPe support people like Jindal at the state level and give them free reign to establish their conservative cred. Once that`s been established they`re encouraged to run for higher office where they are essentially puppets who are beholden to their masters. And the base is usually none the wiser.
I can`t help it if you`re gullible enough to fall for Jindal`s conservative routine. Jindal, Rubio, Cruz. They`re all the same. You`re easily fooled.
