Overall the EO stands. In hindsight, they should have been clearer about those in transit. But, that said, the judge should have left things alone to be worked out. These were political decisions. Since when, anyway, do non-citizens get habeous corpus rights to enter the US. It is clear, and Obama's actions gave clarity, that it is the executive and government that control immigration. Not the courts, not the states, not counties, not cities, and not the media.

The DHS is going to have to get tough with the airlines that are issuing tickets in those banned countries.

The airlines KNOW the ban is in effect, if they issue any more, the airline should banned entry or do business in the US.

Because of the “Harry Reid rule” in the US senate, the total number of Obama Article III judgeship appointments was 329, including two justices to the Supreme Court of the United States, 55 judges to the United States Courts of Appeals, 268 judges to the United States district courts, and four judges to the United States Court of International Trade.

The assumption must be that many of the Obama appointed judges will be serious nuisances for the rest of their terms, making frivolous rulings they know will be overturned to try and slow or stop reforms.

Why would the text of President Trump’s Executive Order suspending travel visas be readily available on CNN , New York Times, Wall Street Journal , but not on White House page ?

the overall implementation of the White House order and the court order affected a small number of travelers who were inconvenienced by security procedures upon their return....

And are now on the DHS official no-fly list. ;-)
