Dear Mr. President,
Please recognize as a matter of law, policy and fact, that any refugee who fled to America because they claimed they were in fear of their life in their homeland who subsequently returns to that country on vacation has clearly and unequivocally declared they no longer fear persecution there and must be promptly repatriated back to their country of origin.
Sincerely,
(nully)

“Would a hundred or a hundred thousand letters pointing out the obvious have any effect on policy?”
Under the previous administration, no. Under the current administration, maybe.

What about my dear wife and children? They didn’t go back with me to vacation!
It is not the policy of the United States to split up families. You are welcome to take them with you back to Bumfuuqistan, or join them in any other third country that will have you.

Under the current administration, maybe. Worth a try.
If deporting an incipient terrorist saves one child's life, it's worth it!

I would imagine that he doesn’t need such letters to make that sort of connection. He seems to be several steps ahead of us in the areas that got him elected.

Sounds good if we can include any Middle East Country.
We have had imported terrorist go back to another country for training to be a killer, then return and kill innocent Americans.
People can go to the link below and email the White House.

If you can get it trending on twitter you would have a better chance. Pick a good hashtag.

#phonyrefugees is good - or maybe #YouWonAFreeAllExpensePaidPermanentVacationBackToTheHellholeYouCameFrom or is that too long?

I blundered into almost this exact situation. My fiance (whom I met in the US) was granted asylum due to her involvement in the Tienanmen Square uprising. After about 2 1/2 years in the US she had not had her hearing yet. She went to Montreal for 4 days over Christmas to visit an old friend. It took me a year and a half to get her back into the US legally. This happened not that long ago.

She could have claimed to be a Uyghur, and gotten red carpet treatment from the obama administration...

Hope so. I think you've got a good hashtag there.
#permanentvacation now trending on twitter would be way cool.
