The facts are largely undisputed: Two college students on summer break hes a sophomore; she, a freshman make a date. Its Memorial Day weekend, 2014, and their intentions are explicit. They meet and have sex consensual, enthusiastic when a passerby interrupts them. A few hours later, still together, the male student attempts to resume the sexual encounter. He reaches under her shirt to touch her breast. He stops immediately when she asks him to. They agree about these facts.

The woman who brought the case to Michigan State authorities intelligent, well-spoken, well-schooled in feminist theory
The poor guy listened to his wacko Feminist sex partner saying no and he still get hauled before the Title IX Star Chamber.
Looks there is a need for a sex attorney at every coupling.
So... they are STILL going on with these ‘campus rape’ culture thing?
Even after it was proved to be a hoax?
“There, there. It’s OK, I’m in pre-law”
I thought you were in pre-med?
“toxic femininity”
*shrug* - What's the difference?
More than two years after the incident, even Melanies gender has changed. When 16 months later she reported what happened on the train tracks, Melanie had been taking male hormones for 12 weeks; she had legally changed her name, adopting a male identity. Her voice dropped; she shaved her facial hair. The woman referred to in this account as Melanie now hopes to surgically alter her gender in the future, and lives and dresses as a man.
Back in 2014, she had also been hospitalized after a suicide attempt, and taken a semester-long medical leave to pursue therapy. While her mental fragility, hormone treatment and gender change appear to have played no role in the administrations decision-making process, the transitioning did make a difference to Melanie.
Had taking male hormones changed Melanies outlook on the situation, the world?
The world, definitely, says the senior, who is majoring in art history and humanities at MSU. I suppose transitioning was one of the driving elements for why I reported, because I felt uncomfortable using the mens restrooms in my residential college, for fear that I would encounter him.

Pre-Med?
To which Otter replied, “Same thing.”
And, if you noticed at the end credits, he eventually became a gynecologist with a practice in Beverly Hills.
That sentence right there says it’s all bullsh!t.
Did she tell him that she was “transitioning”? If not, Nathan might argue that he was lured into a homosexual relationship.
So, she was a female at the time of the “assault “, but was transitioning to being a male at the time she filed her charges. She’s upset that she sent a nude photo of herself because it became evidence in a charge that she initiated. Now she is doing to the school what she did to the young man. She screwed him and then said stop, which he did immediately. She said that he wasn’t listening to her and taking advantage of her. Now she plans to sue the school for dragging its feet through the process, again, which she initiated. She is one messed up person, and seriously, should be seeing a psychiatrist. It will not matter which gender she decides she is on any day. She needs help and unfortunately, so does her victim.
Watch the bar scene in the movie “Cherry 2000” says it all for legal dating.
If college women want safety they should begin by wearing chastity belts. Police and military defensively wear kevlar and campus women that fear sex should wear the belts.
This guy needs to get a top notch ambulance chasing lawyer stat.....
Held to rules passed after the incident.... did not go after him for two years... appears she changed her story going from him physically holding her down to just reaching under the shirt.... and she appears to be bat-s$$t crazy.... and under the influence of hormones not normal to her body chemistry.... and MSU goes on to destroy his college life...
I see this kid getting a big payout... MSU knows they are knee deep in it now and can’t stop.... they are going for broke...
I would not want to be a guy/have a son in college in this day & time. So many get messed up by this cr@p. I don’t think the colleges should handle this stuff - if you are assaulted or raped, then go to the police and file charges. If you do not file, then that’s on you. With the current system, the guys are vilified and their lives ruined, often on no evidence but ‘she said’/’he said’, no due process, no representation. Sure, bad things happen to women & I even know that from personal experience, but the scales have been tipped too far in the direction against the guys & with the radical left’s control of schools, you can pretty much anticipate who is going to get the raw deal. Poorly stated I’m sure, but you get my drift.
You did fine, and I agree with you.
You know, this might be the best birth control yet - fear of getting sued, yes? Probably the best way to keep men and women apart, thus having no sex!
