my thoughts exactly! AND he may not need “flipping”; he may be raring to go against Lynch and others who hamstrung him.
HRC probably turned down am Obama pardon because it would be tantamount to a guilty plea and she was counting on Trump firing Comey. A new FBI director would have to dig a lot to make a new case to the new AG.
Now that Comey stays, the new AG gets a year left on the statute of limitations and Comey gets to lay out the evidence again.
Also, there are 4 (?) current investigations of the Clinton’s and their foundation in process.
We don’t even know the tip of the iceburg. Trump is now privy to secret information we can only dream to know. No one here has any idea if this is a good or bad move. Time will tell. Pipe down.

I had the same reaction as others initially.
This may be a case of us being too smart by half.
If Trump wants his Justice Department to go after Hillary and her crimes, it may be best not to stack the FBI with his own people.
If Comey has promised to go after her with a vengeance, the optics would be better if an Obama appointee was in the mix.
If Trump got Comey’s promise to assign some real tigers to go after her and then stay out of the way, this may be a very good thing.
We can only wait and see how it plays out.
This is one I’ll be watching closely.
I’ll bet Trump does also.
Trump could also be allowing Comey to hang himself. Maybe Trump has guys on the inside just waiting to pounce on this guy.

Republicans will join the Media-crats in wanting Comey out. And for good reason. Comey disgraced himself and, as Director, the FBI as well.
That was my thought. He can replace him later, he has plenty to work on for now. Build that wall!

Maybe Trump has been tipped off and is trying to take Comey down too.

I can’t imagine Sessions didn’t have input on this. I can’t imagine Sessions going along with this, if there wasn’t something we don’t know about.
He was probably trying to do the right thing but couldnt because of the corrupt regime. This might explain all the flip flopping

There isn’t any AG confirmed and we don’t have the Hon. Jeff Sessions even in the position let alone settled in.
